POLICIES

Payment Policy:

  • For new clients, payment by check or cash is required on the first visit for the first visit (including the key pick-up/return if needed).
  • For existing clients, weekly/monthly payments can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please have the courtesy to cancel all scheduled services at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Holiday Season bookings for services are non-refundable.

Returned Check Fees Policy:

  • A $45.00 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks.

Holiday/Last Minute Reservation Policy:

  • Special arrangements may be possible on an extremely limited basis for services on a holiday or for last minute reservations.
  • Please contact me with details and for further information.
  • I understand that emergencies occur and I am happy to accommodate short notices if able.
